Executive
Director Mary Mooney is well known for her efforts in establishing ethical
foundations for international adoptions through her organization, The
Adoption Guide. US News and World Report and Forbes Best of the Web
magazines have both published reports on Mary's work and assistance to
adoptive families. In addition to directing inter-country adoptions, Mary
and her team offer low-priced homestudy and post-placement
services to residents of North and South Carolina. Mary is also the Executive Director
of Hague Accreditation, a service to aid international adoption agencies in
becoming accredited by the U.S. State Department. Mary is the mother of
three children. On left, she is pictured on one of her trips to an orphanage

Cyndi Peck, pictured below left with her husband and eight children, is a guide for
China and Haiti adoptions. She assists adoptive families with the dossier
and paperwork needed to adopt. Cyndi has worked in international adoptions
since 1998, helping over 100 families. She is the mother of four
internationally adopted children, five biological children, and grandmother
of two.

Deidre Dudley, at the right with her family, is a guide for
Guatemala. She assists adoptive families with the paperwork needed to
adopt. Deidre has been personally and professionally involved in adoption
since 1985. She and her husband have two birth children, grown with families
of their own, and have adopted eight children from the U.S., Korea, China and
Vietnam. They have adopted infants, toddlers, preschoolers and children with
special needs.

Alisa Bivens, with her daughter Leah, is our Foreign
Program Director. She can answer your questions regarding the process
of all of the countries and help you decide which country will best suite
your family.
Alisa and her husband, Greg, adopted their daughter Leah from Gaoyou, China in
November of 2003.
Kelly
Kemble is the director and founder of Compassionate Hearts, a non-profit 501
(c) (3) organization working on the team with International Adoption Guides.
Compassionate Hearts gives guidance and direction for aid to orphanages as well as grants for
adoptive families. Kelly and her husband have two biological daughters and two sons
adopted from Africa.

Levacy Smith, with her daughters Gracie and Sophie, is
the social worker guide for Adoption Guides. Adoption Guides offers domestic and
international homestudies for all people living in North and South Carolina,
regardless of whether you are doing your adoption with us or not.
Dr.
Jane Liedtke, director and founder of Our Chinese Daughters Foundation,
www.ocdf.org/adoption is the
in-China coordinator for the China adoption program. Jane
has worked since 1995 with adoptive families traveling to China. She is the
mother of Emily, age 12. Jane's team provides guides for the fabulous,
fully escorted adoption trip to China.
