As
Americans living abroad in China, we had a hard time
finding an agency who would work with us. When someone
from the expat Yahoo group referred us to International
Adoption Guides we were thrilled to find out that
not only were they willing to help us, but they have
lots of experience working with similar families.
The paperwork service IAG provides (Paperwork Partners)
is reasonably priced and saved us so much legwork
and worry in the long run. Just thinking about all
those stamps and seals almost scared me off in the
first place! As many people who begin this journey,
we experienced several serious setbacks throughout
the process. IAG, especially our case worker Susan
Cotten, continually encouraged us to keep believing
that we would eventually have our daughter in our
arms, and worked tirelessly to help make that happen.
We first met our daughter in person on January 17th,
2010 and our lives have been forever changed in the
best way. We are so grateful to IAG!
